The Borg Team
The Borg Team was founded by Jeff Borg, who has spent almost forty years representing clients across the Greater Toronto Area. Jeff grew up in North York and raised his family in Mississauga; he knows what families in this market actually need from a real estate advisor, not just what they're often sold.
He started the team on a simple premise: buyers and sellers here are owed clarity grounded in comparable sales, rather than blind enthusiasm. Today Jeff still leads the team, alongside Justin Borg and Jade Riedesser-Borg, who continue the work as he steps back.

Justin Borg
Justin grew up inside the business Jeff built and now helps lead it alongside him. He approaches real estate the way he approaches most things: with research, systems, and a preference for evidence over enthusiasm.
Much of his work has been bringing modern tools and disciplined process to a team that already had the experience. That means rigorous pricing analysis, organized client communication, and follow-through that doesn't fall through the cracks.
Justin works with clients across Peel, Halton, and the wider GTA, with a particular focus on educating families moving up, and sellers who want to understand exactly what their home will trade for before they list.
What you can expect from him: a straight answer, the comparable sales that support it, and the patience to let you think it through before deciding.
